Dante's Peak | ธรณีไฟนรกถล่มโลก

Synopsis

Volcanologist Harry Dalton comes to the sleepy town of Dante's Peak to investigate the recent rumblings of the dormant volcano the burg is named for. Before long, his worst fears are realized when a massive eruption hits, and immediately, Harry, the mayor and the townspeople find themselves fighting for their lives amid a catastrophic nightmare.<div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(128, 128, 0); font-family: " arial="" narrow";="" font-size:="" x-large;="" background-color:="" rgb(223,="" 239,="" 255);"="">ตัวเอกของเรื่องคือนักธรณีวิทยา แฮร์รี่ ดัลตัน (Pierce Brosnan) ที่เดินทางมาสำรวจภูเขาไฟในเมืองดันเต้ส์ พีคตามหน้าที่ แต่พอตรวจสอบไปเรื่อยๆ ก็ชักจะพบว่าภูเขาไฟมันมีโอกาสจะปะทุได้สูงมาก จนต้องตามทีมงานมาช่วยหาความจริง แต่ก็ยังไม่ได้หลักฐานตรงๆ สักที ซึ่งทางหัวหน้าของเขาก็บอกว่าถ้าไม่มีหลักฐานคงจะด่วนสรุปอะไรไม่ได้หรอก แต่แฮร์รี่ก็ยืนกรานว่าควรอพยพคนออกไปให้เร็ว… แต่เมื่อไม่มีใครเชื่อ ก็คงเดากันได้นะครับ ภูเขาไฟมันไม่รอรีแต่อย่างใด ถึงเวลาเมื่อใดมันก็พร้อมถล่มทุกอย่างจนราบคาบ… และที่แฮร์รี่คาดไว้ก็เป็นจริง…มันระเบิดต่อหน้าต่อตาเขาจนได้</span><br></div>
