Synopsis

Wayne Addison, a veteran CIA officer returns to Mexico City to take down the country's most powerful drug dealer: Rafael Bautista.
Rookie CIA field operative Isabel Alfaro works alongside infamous CIA legend Wayne Addison to bring down Rafael Bautista, Mexico's most vicious and brilliant narco.
